We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All postage or delivery charges include insurance and packaging.
For deliveries within mainland uk orders will be sent using royal mail special delivery Next Day® (signed for). Overseas orders including the eu and the rest of the world will be shipped using FedEx® or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an airwaybill number. Your parcel can be tracked via the royal mail fedex or ups websites, depending on your shipping method. Your tracking number can be used on www.royalmail.com (or by calling royal mail on 0845 6092609) or by contacting fedex or ups (where applicable) on www.fedex.com or alternatively www.ups.com.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
